Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or refunds once an application is signed and mailed. Once your application is processed and signed a check is issued on your behalf and your application is mailed with the check to the appropriate government office.

If you have completed a payment but not yet completed the application we can process a refund for you. Please contact our support team at [email protected] or visit for more information

Refunds are given in either product replacements or credits to your payment method. We do not provide refunds through bank transfers or physical checks.
